Don’t you just hate technical difficulties?  We do too!  That’s why when we experienced problems signing into our scheduled webinar last night, we were feeling more than a tad frustrated.  After numerous phone calls and multiple attempts by our awesome team, we are so relieved the glitch has been fixed and everyone should have now received a new email with the link to attend TONIGHT!  

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience.  We tried our hardest to rectify the situation as soon as we were aware of it…which was literally less than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.  We spent the day preparing everything we wanted to share with you and we were very disappointed when things didn’t go as planned.  

We appreciate our students and are highly respectful of your time.  We are absolutely committed to making your learning experience a positive one and we would never intentionally do anything to jeopardize our relationship.  However, sometimes things happen that no matter how hard we try, we just can’t prevent and we plan to make it up to you.
